Naaldzang meeting: English version

monthly knitting meeting

Yesterday was another meeting of Naaldzang! Knitters present: Myself, RedSamur, and a new face--Poezemadam from Ravelry! The meeting was very enjoyable, as usual. Much chatter and laughing and stitching! My husband and son joined us briefly before going off to do their own thing. ;)

I had brought the makings of another Giant Knitten with me, and I nearly finished the knitting part. RedSamur put the finishing touches on a pretty knitted bag she had made, and Poezemadam shared with us her interest in vintage patterns. She scours yarn shops for the original yarns used in these patterns, and what I saw of her knitting was lovely!

As it was the first day of the sales period, there were many people coming in going in the Hema café. Two or three gave us interested glances, and one lady stopped to say hello and was invited to the next meeting of Naaldzang. :D

The bilingual version of the blog is really nice...
By the way, I ventured to tag you and RedSamur, see my blog on July 14th.

I have to give RedSamur the credit for the dual-language blog, as it was her idea. :D

I need to check your blog! I meant to and then got completely sidetracked...

An idea which I in turn did steal from yarnlot, thus the circle is closed ;)
